Very true brother. From the last one month I sleep by 9pm and automatically wake up at 4.30am. I used to check my alarm and it showed 7 hours and I used to wonder that how come I'm so energetic because previously I was sleeping at 12am and waking at 9am or 10am and was sleepy and tired the whole day. It is mentioned in many Hadeeths that sleeping between ASR and Maghrib is Makrouh (disliked) and cause many harms on health and well-being. It can cause mental problems and unhappiness. Hadeeth says: Who sleeps between ASR and Maghrib should not blame but himself when he finds disturbance in his mind.
Its already mentioned in our Vedas to sleep early and wake up before Bhrammuhrat i.e. 4am in the morning

While I was in class 10th at the age of 15, I ,due to so obsession with high boards percentage, vowed to study hard as fuck. Did so with all efforts. Scored a high percentage above 93 as well.
One thing I want to tell from that journey is that I was also ,fortunately for a time coercively slept at 12 and woke up at 4am.
Seriously, while studying I was hell broken by the naps . Every other second my mind would wander here and there and at the end I was found sleeping on sofa. 😂😂
The point is, even medical science says that if a human does not get adequate sleep, it starts hallucinating after a while. It reduces mental focus,immunity and overall will.
The point is that after a certain time, these boards marks will not matter to you bcz the ed system is so fucked that scoring high will only make you shine in that small crowd of school. Sleep well or else fuck up your mind in childhood.
I was at the age of 16 when I was in the 10th with sleeping time of 8-9 hrs daily 😅 and I got 96.75 % 😂

Whenever i try to sleep early I will eventually wake up around 11.00 am so i end up sleeping more than 6 hrs which i want to avoid so i sleep late and wake up late!
