Native wisdom teaches that the survival
of a healthy environment requires careful
attention and respect from the people
who help to populate it; after all, the
environment is ‘the provider of life, food,
health, and a future’.
Some examples of ‘biotic’ component are
all living organisms and plants. Abiotic
components include non-living things
such as soil, air, sunlight, rocks, stone,
and water.
