The location seems to be quiet and private, and the house has curb appeal. While it has been stylishly (and expensively) refurbished, the style is a personal thing and may not appeal to everyone. I would need to change the wallpaper and some lighting fixtures at once, and the great sweeps of gloss white in the kitchen would be a chore to keep looking clean. A great deal has been fitted in to a modest-sized garden. A very interesting and well-cared-for property, but not my taste.
