what do u wear when riding in cold weather?

I wear 1-2 wool sleeves, boots, pants and jacket, and on top I have some rain jacket from rebelhorn

I also wear the winter gloves but every time my hands hurt after like 30 minutes. I guess is good to have some handler protection that will split the wind
