      @@TheSchoolofBreath No, but i have a guitar in standard tuning. There has been a lot of talk about the right frequency for these breathing techniques to be effective.Supposedly 120hz to 130hz . I don't know if this is accurate or not? Maybe you have an idea...
      The example you gave in 4:42 is in A sharp. However during 7:19 it was raised to the key of C.
      But regardless, it seems to be working for me. I definitely believe its having an effect on the pituitary gland as well as oxygenating the blood stream and lowering blood pressure. Thanks for the information, techniques and video!
