Alright, to clear up something, the Germany 1945 EAS (Time stamp: 2:06) is the Swedish Rhapsody, which was used as a Numbers Station (like the Pip, the Buzzer, the Squeaky Wheel, etc.) used in Poland during the 1950’s-2007.
I can confirm Guatemala's alarm was not like that but i do know that the alarm that is "the real" alarm is actually the fnaf 1 Lights out theme. (EDIT): I just searched on youtube and they all sounded like this one so i guess it is the real alarm after all.

Here's my opinion about eas. Even though something very serious is happening, don't scare the people, make your alarm calming. Try not the scare the heck out of people. Like Japan's. It helps and works better that way

It says in the Wikipedia, that the following year 1902 there was an Earthquake in Guatemala. It reaches 7.5 magnitudes and it is severe. It says that 800 to 2,000 died in just one hour.
