Ron’ great work on the torpedo loading slid, the handrail worked perfectly. The Enterprise will add ship that a little different😊 Nice to see max feeling better too. Happy everything Ron. 😊
Good morning Ron great show. Wow! The enterprise didn't take to long to arrive be great to see you building it. Glad max and missy are doing well. The sub is looking great take care have your self a relaxing Sunday Regards Rod 🎉🎉🎉
Hi Rod, Re: *"enterprise didn't take to long to arrive"* Although *Eliminator RC* has been here in Winnipeg for about 20 years, it's only been the last six years that I've been going there regularly. It has been my experience during those six years that I've had nothing but fantastic service from them. This is not the first big 1/200 scale model that I got there. 👍
@roncalverley Thanks ron for explaining that, I wish there were model shops like yours in London Victoria but they have absolutely nothing. Unlike yours. Take care 👍
Hi Ron, Another great show. I'll be looking forward to seeing Enterprise. That Colorado low is here right now. It's been snowing all day ands is supposed to continue through Monday. Our low tonight is supposed to be about the same as your high for the day at about -20C. It's good to see Max and Missy, out and about. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. Jeff
Good morning Gary, Yes, that's the plan. I'll probably do it over three maybe four episodes. Not necessarily all at the same time --- I mean one after the other. Likely we will have a box opening, then we'll spend some time going through the spruces, then we'll look at the manual quickly. As far as the manual goes, I want to photograph it in high resolution and put it out in 8K so that the viewer, if he wants to take the time , can actually copy it and follow along and have the same high resolution images that I have. 🤞
Hi Ron, fiddle stuff , my son runs speed model nights, it’s suppose to be fun so if it doesn’t fit , tags come off , then if the problem persists, the part goes flying over there heads ! It makes it a fun night 😂😂😂😂! The next build USS Enterprise, looking forward to it 😊😊😊, see you tomorrow
Hi Ron, I was watching the Model Shed no 3 recently and he is working on a Apache Helicopter. For seam cleanups he uses a Glass Fibre rod for his scraping and he commented it works like a charm, don’t know if you would use one or not, but just letting you know, keep up,the good work.
Hi Frank, I haven't been watching Steve as regularly as I used to, however I do recall him using a *Fiberglass Scratch Brush Pen* before, and he did he was very happy with it. I've been thinking about getting one and giving it a try. Steve is a great modeler, and it's good when people like him are willing to put their expertise on TH-cam to share with us. Thanks for the tip! 👍
Good Morning Mr. Ron, That is some nice work this morning. Tell Max to comb his hair. LOL, he has fans. I have a question. That long bent tube looks like an air venting duct. Does it plug into the bottom of the little box you mounted on the pedestal. That box could be a portable fan they used to vent air into the sub. The PE pedestal you soldered! Maybe it should be yellow are some off color instead of grey. Take care my man and stay safe. We're having some cold weather here in Georgia that we're not used to. Preston
Good afternoon Philip, My son's name is Philip, but I call him Phil. Anyway, about the propeller. I don't think so. I think that this has got something to do with the way they had to design the mold so that it would pull apart correctly. otherwise we would have had to make the propeller in two pieces. When I was younger I used to do a lot of boating and on the motor I had we could put on what was known as a weedless prop. It would sort of shed the weeds or anything else that would wrap up on it unfortunately it did not have the thrust ability that a regular prop did, but it kinda worked. 👍
Hey Ron, great video buddy. If youre gonna do Yorktown/ Enterprise please give me your address.. I'll send you some nice resin ships boats. The kit parts are horrible.
Good afternoon Nigel, Normally I request that people do not send me anything. However this would be something extremely special. It would be a real honor to have something from Nigel Frampton, who is in my opinion a great leader in the plastic model building hobby. Thank you very much! Nice episode Ron! It was a balmy 40 degrees Fahrenheit here today! Looking forward to the Enterprise and Summer weather!!!
Good morning Ted. 40°F that would melt the snow off my car! Thanks for watching, I'm looking forward to Summer too! 👍
Hi Ron good episode, anxious to see what the Enterprise looks like. Maybe you could have an unboxing and review of the kit? See you tomorrow😊

@@yatyas2141 Yes that pipe could be for air.
Hi from Philip ( never Phil😂) in Ireland. Could those ridges on the props be to cut ropes or nets that get tangled up

Thanks Jeff! 👍
Hey, your cold Winnipeg air is going to make it very cold here, please stop sending it this way, I don't want my paint to freeze! Lol
Haha, sorry about that Jeff! I'm sure it'll warm up soon! 👍
@roncalverley i hope so, I ve not been able to do anything for a month, I m having withdrawal issues!
