I've loved his work since I was a child. Used to stare for hours just imagining what it would be like to be there. The music is perfect. Very emotional. Reminds me of the "Blade Runner" soundtrack.
Very moving art work from the 1950's, grew up dreaming about actually being there. The lunar landscape was incorrectly drawn with pointed and steep slopes. This sharpness of the features came from the telescopic views from earth at the time which gave a false impression. The real features are much more rounded. But this art work was years ahead of its time.
