Kids on atvs messed up and sue the land owner. Judge should take the kids legs and arms since the kids are too stupid to understand they messed up. Not the land owner.

Yah it sad we no longer hold people accountable for their own actions. Kids should have been cited for trespassing.

So if the land is under the LLC/entity, what protective measures are available for the entity owner? Can it be sued?

I hope you weren't the attorney representing the property owner in that law suit. You should be able to win that case hands down.. Law suits are not automatic payouts. There are depositions communication between opposing attorneys.. And if it goes that far a actual jury trial... If you cant win that case then I guess your right, you should be selling your service setting up LLCs and Corporations and wills .. Maybe a few Real Estate closings.. And this is by no means directed at you unless you were his attorney in that matter.
