    For The Pepper Paste
    - 250 gms Red Bell Pepper
    - 350 gms Ripe Tomatoes
    - 100 gms Onions
    - 1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
    For Cooking The Rice
    - 600 gms Sella Basmati Rice
    - 125 ml Olive Oil
    - 200 gms Onion
    - 150 gms Tomato Purée (Double Concentrated)
    - 1 tsp Ginger Powder
    - 1 tsp Garlic Powder
    - 2-3 Bay Leaf
    - 2 Chicken Stock Cubes
    - 1 tbsp Curry Powder
    - 1.5 tbsp Dried Thyme
    - 1 tbsp Salt
    - 125 ml Hot Water (To Loosen Sauce)
    - 525 ml Hot Water (On Top Of The Rice)
    Curry Powder Mix
    - 1 tsp Ground Cumin
    - 1 tsp Ground Coriander
    - 1 tsp Turmeric
    - 1 tsp Paprika
    - ½ tsp Ground Fenugreek
    - ½ tsp Black Pepper
    - ¼ tsp Garam Masala
