I went from s8 to n10 and the 3 things I miss are 1440p, headphone jack and notification led. I can live without them, but if I got the note 10 plus and it had the led and headphone jack it would be the perfect phone for me. Idrc about 120hz, I watch videos in 60 and 24 fps so I just want 1440p

Not including a charger brick in the box is a wise choice actually, because most people right now have stock chargers in their house, and those bricks might just be wasted. With the removal of the charger, it's your choice wether you'll need it or not. This will help reduce the waste in the environment actually. Also, earpods are not included (for the same reason) but, the cables included in the box will be braided, so it'll be more durable than before.

You can remove those stock bloatware from Xiamoi phones quite easily by enabling USB Debugging for a moment and connecting it to pc and using a piece of software called XiaomiADBFastbootTools. It can even help remove stock google apps from the phone which cannot be uninstalled normally. (It only shows apps which are safe to remove, so you won't be causing any trouble to your device.)

Pointing out what a phone does/does not have is not complaining, it's reviewing. Yes, obviously things like cheap build is to be expected from a cheap phone, but it should still be pointed out and mentioning the downfalls of any device is justified and should be done, regardless of the price.
I have the Poco F1 as my main phone since it's launch, and it's been awesome, but only now it is starting to feel slow. This X3 has my attention. Thank you for this video, I wouldn't know this phone existed otherwise.

I'm a Poco phone F1 user, and yes it was the best at its price range during its time, I purchased it on the first sale, Everything is perfect except the screen, but recently noticed screen burn , while attending online classes on phone for more than 4 hours with bright Google meet UI , then I switched to my PC for attending classes

I am not sure what you mean about screen downclocking because the little overlay even tells you its running at 120Hz. Framerate and refresh rate is not the same thing and your framerate being low doesnt mean your screen is being downclocked like the overlays says, the screen is running at 120Hz.

I have the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, with a 5360mAh battery, and came with a 30W charger. I only charge its battery to 75% on a daily basis (controlled by the Battery Charge Limit application), and go about my day, as it last the entire day. When I know I will be having a long day - with lots of GPS, screen on, and photos - I charge it to 100%, and I finish my day with 15-25%. I learned my leason the hard way, as the 3000mAh battery from my Xiaomi Mi 6 lost its capacity after 2 years of intensive use.
i have poco x2 ..... it comes with 27w charger.... if i charge it with 27 watt to 80% it discharges very quickly....but when I chage it with 10 watt charger it last way longer ...
Im usually a flagship user but this year i went for the Redmi note 9 pro because my budget was super low and i gotta tell you this phone is everything i ever wanted in a 250 euro price tag. Its reasonably fast, it has fast charging, a big crisp display , decent camera, a headphone jack and many more. I just cannot believe i used to spend almost a thousand euros for a phone when i can literally just get a cheaper one and do my job just as well. I mean yes i miss my amoled screens but many other budget phones have amoleds! just not mine :P Ill never go back to flagships to be honest because i feel like these days budget phones have become so good

(UPDATE) it came already and my thoughts Overall ok, some occassional stutters, not sure if due to processor or panel because of the 120hz Usability is almost the same as the note 10+ due to its size Lcd i think shiuld be better for budget phones as it can cost less making the phone cheap 🤙 Components are good but will not overwhelm you But important to note that the phone is 200ish ( my side 279sgd) So very good value for this phone nothing to say basically just use 👍👍 phone is all good

Pointing out what a phone does/does not have is not complaining, it's reviewing. Yes, obviously things like cheap build is to be expected from a cheap phone, but it should still be pointed out and mentioning the downfalls of any device is justified and should be done, regardless of the price.

I have the Poco F1 as my main phone since it's launch, and it's been awesome, but only now it is starting to feel slow. This X3 has my attention. Thank you for this video, I wouldn't know this phone existed otherwise.

Everything is perfect except the screen, but recently noticed screen burn , while attending online classes on phone for more than 4 hours with bright Google meet UI , then I switched to my PC for attending classes

I am not sure what you mean about screen downclocking because the little overlay even tells you its running at 120Hz. Framerate and refresh rate is not the same thing and your framerate being low doesnt mean your screen is being downclocked like the overlays says, the screen is running at 120Hz.

Yes, I never used the fast charging to my phone on a regular basis.
Only when I am in a hurry, I go for it.
I have the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, with a 5360mAh battery, and came with a 30W charger.
I only charge its battery to 75% on a daily basis (controlled by the Battery Charge Limit application), and go about my day, as it last the entire day.
When I know I will be having a long day - with lots of GPS, screen on, and photos - I charge it to 100%, and I finish my day with 15-25%.
I learned my leason the hard way, as the 3000mAh battery from my Xiaomi Mi 6 lost its capacity after 2 years of intensive use.
i have poco x2 ..... it comes with 27w charger.... if i charge it with 27 watt to 80% it discharges very quickly....but when I chage it with 10 watt charger it last way longer ...
I never thought I'd see the day when a headphone jack is seen as a feature... on a $200 budget phone.
Im usually a flagship user but this year i went for the Redmi note 9 pro because my budget was super low and i gotta tell you this phone is everything i ever wanted in a 250 euro price tag. Its reasonably fast, it has fast charging, a big crisp display , decent camera, a headphone jack and many more.
I just cannot believe i used to spend almost a thousand euros for a phone when i can literally just get a cheaper one and do my job just as well.
I mean yes i miss my amoled screens but many other budget phones have amoleds! just not mine :P
Ill never go back to flagships to be honest because i feel like these days budget phones have become so good

Overall ok, some occassional stutters, not sure if due to processor or panel because of the 120hz
Usability is almost the same as the note 10+ due to its size
Lcd i think shiuld be better for budget phones as it can cost less making the phone cheap 🤙

But important to note that the phone is 200ish ( my side 279sgd)

Best comparison so far. Smartphone TH-camrs are going down on the X3 I guess because Xiaomi didn't send one for free on their way and they had to pony up the $200 themselves.

You touched on the ir blaster (most neglect to even mention it) you take the time to show backlight issues. Battery getting a bit hot. Even that the usb is only 2.0 and not fast data transfer. Ads! 3. the auto refresh rate is known as adaptive switch refresh rate as xiaomi likes to call it
the refresh rates have 4 modes
-120hz for high perf
-90hz for gaming
-60hz for video
-50hz for static images

Mi 10 lite has oled, 128gb of storage and 765g for less than 300 bucks. The only thing I miss is 90hz or 120hz refresh rate.
