The secret star of all the acts here. Just saw this show in Wallingford last night. Little Anthony was a Force, and his voice and energy and stage presence has held on. It was worth going just to see him, and I wasn't expecting anything special from him particularly. I was so wrong. He truly made the other nostalgia acts look weak and tired. (Because his mind is apparently musically fresh, and he is not just a nostalgia act. Thank you, Little Anthony. You gained a new fan.)
Honestly, The Cowsills (their set was hardly touched on here) are FAR from pitiful. The Classics IV minus Dennis Yost are kinda pitiful, The Vogues are mediocre, Little Anthony is close to 90 so give him a break, Gary Puckett NEEDS a break, and The Turtle(s) drive the show on the basis of an iconic song which continues to tie the whole thing (happily) together!! Just happy Mark Volman is still healthy enough to get on stage and perform.
It's beyond amazing to hear these beloved classics after all these years!!!! Like I have said countless times: LONG LIVE 60s ROCK!!
Little Anthony, over 60 years and still brilliant!
82
Sixty years of performing. @@BRUTUSPLAC

This isn't Little Anthony, it's the Cowsills.
I was there and had a great time. Love The Cowsills
COOL !!! Tonight July 29 Wallingdord, CT. LITTLE ANTHONY ROCKS still at 82
God Bless this family.
Great show!
See this next Thursday night in Des Moines, can't wait
Gary Puckett and Ron Dante steal the show IMHO.😊
Saw 3 shows in 2023. Got a front row in '24. A change in the lineup coming up cant possibly top '23.
The crowd was 12% alive. Did they think they were coming to the Lawrence Welk Show?
Enjoyed the show even though Dennis Yost is long gone and no original member in The Vogues.
Agree, the show is great, every act. Dennis Yost had such a unique voice. Their lead singer here has an excellent range however.
The sub for Dennis Yost sucks. They could've found one better.
@@BrinkSpruillIf I recall correctly, Dennis and his wife actually chose this guy to replace him.
Where’s Howard?
He’s retired. Severe health issues.
Mark, but no Howard........
No stage decoration.
Lose Pucket and Classics 4. Just don't fir. Rest are GREAT, Especially the addition of Little Anthony and the Vogues!. What a line-up!!!!
Gary is 80 and still can generate enthusiasm.
Can you 😂
I will admit he can’t hit all the high notes.
lil Anthony can hit them all.
The turtles? One guy…. Sub lead singer was absolutely awful. Time to fully retire please
I would rather listen to the original recordings than pay money to see this crap.
Next time stay home and listen to the recordings. We won't miss you.
@@lisa-s5k1o I know you won’t miss me cause I won’t waste my money going to a show full of imposters.
pitiful

I guess you forgot they were popular more than 40 years ago. What did you expect? I loved it!@@mdnathan
