Shame this town is being destroyed by Vandals and lawlessness . No police station , no beat , no prevention . no duty to our public . Our King is resting here unprotected and forgotten. Scratch the surface, whats really happening in this town!!
@acidtechno it's a shame because it looks like a nice little town but like you said the crime is ridiculous. There was a stabbing in sun street over the weekend and that was in the daytime.
I have a great ancestor, Richard Hovey, who attended Waltham Abbey in the 1600's. He had a son, Daniel who departed there in about 1637 on the third ship after the Mayflower. Daniel Hovey, age seventeen boarded the Griffin which sailed to the thirteen colonies. Somewhere in Waltham Abbey is inscribed the name "Richard Hovey" in a stained glass window.
Excellent👏👌
Thank you 🌹
Another wonderful walk & such a beautiful tour. Lovely town. Thanks for taking us along & have an amazing day!
Waltham Abbey graveyard the burial site of King Harold II of England, January to December 1066.
