I hve an interview tomorrow and I suffer from severe social anxiety I’m in high school and it’s just a course I terrier but I’m so scared because I feel like i am going to forget all the things I want to say and I’m going to be overthinking everything that I say! I can’t really carry on a conversation very well since I overthink everything. It’s booked for 20 minutes!! I’m soo nervous!!!
Just calm down, it’s just another experience and after that you will see that there is nothing to worry about. The worst thing is that you don’t know an answer. So what, nobody knows everything
@@CodewithSloba so I did it and it actually went really well!! I went to it early so I had some tile to go over my questions and I just pretty much sat down get ten minutes and just breathed to calm down cause I was starting to panic. About to have a anxiety attack… but it all went well! I was really nervous but it was soooo much better when I got in! The interviewer was so nice and patient.
Today was my 3rd interview i was stuttering and also taking frequent pause and i told my interviewer sir can I take a moment, He said yeah yeah it's okay then he told to talk with him in our regional language and this happens with me everytime due to such nervousness i unfortunately have to leave out with a bad impression thus resulting to rejections 😞😞

I’ve got my interview in a few days and so nervous. Really need this job as it will help my future career out so much
