My all time favorite 35mm slr and my first Leica. Owned mine since new in 2000.
I find it, and still do, a beautiful design.
Same here! I enjoy the design.
Thanks for the video, this camera has been on my list. I love your humor too. Keep up the videos.
Thanks for watching! Hope the video helped and will do.
Enjoy the videos!
Thank you for watching! Glad you enjoy them.
@@adammissedfocus your videos make me want to get and R series. But been enjoying my Minolta cle and missing focus manually 🤣
Wow i didn't know anything about this camera, very interesting !😊
Thanks for watching!
Good video man! Love that the Leica R8 is getting some love. One thing though, your videos feel a lot like Grainy Days. Keep grinding! I’m excited to see how you develop your video style
Glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching and I will keep grinding!
Although it's has A LOT of functions (what is really amazing), let's agree it's an ugly camera (not a negative comment, I loved the video lol)
Glad you enjoyed the video! I actually enjoy the design, but I can see your point. It is bulky and that ''hunchback'' is something unique.
@@KristianSkylstad :X
It's not ugly. It's just not another copy and paste boring looking film camera of the 1970-80s.
When you hold it in your hand you immediately recognize its unique and a beauty! And then put one of these incredible lenses on it, and it gets even better….
Vision 3 250d is one of my favourite films too. Enjoyed the video, that camera looks too big/ heavy for me even if I could afford a lens 😂
Glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching! Yea, I get that. The camera definitely is on the heavier side.
I would rather buy the R8 over the M series. Much cheaper.
Waaay cheaper. The R8 is definitely a hidden gem.
