    Maxpeeding is very much like Harbor Freight. They get the job done but from time to time something will break or be faulty. The good thing is that they have no issues with sending you a replacement as long as you under the warranty period.

    I got the ones with powder blue springs. Came covered in oil on one of them as well, but it wasn’t leaking. Just something to help keep them from rusting I think. For the price they’re great. I prefer my fortune autos on my WRX but they’re about 4-5x more expensive lol

    Every set ive owned has had oil in the bags. Just figured it was added to stop corrosion when the come over on the boat from china

    Looking forward to the comparison between the two. Been on the fence with the T7s for street use

    I hope this set works out better than the last. Personally I stay away from this price range of damper and have no experience with maxpeedingrods. But, if I had to rank every set under $1500 it would go like this: Silvers> ST> Tanabe> Function & Form> BC> TEIN> TRUHART

    Any updates how they performed? I'm looking at T7's and another friend is interested in something better than stock but not too stiff.

    I've heard the oil is just to reduce the chances of rusting in the packaging. Common on raw steel products.

      @@HunterTunedHi huntertuned, can you help me? I was wondering if you know the brand Racing Logic- hyper street? I can't find much anymore on the internet. I had these under my civic in 2014 and was pretty satisfied with it for being a daily drivers car. And what are your thoughts on BC racing coilovers, did you ever used them too for your integra?

    Been thinking about a set of these for my daily driven 02 corolla. Cars not worth more that 1500 so im not putting a $1200 set of coilovers on it. How have they lasted with your project?

    I street drive my Blox Comp series with 12k front and 10k rears and it’s tolerable but rough. My Integra has Truhart 12k front and 18k rears and it wouldn’t be safe on the street

    Bilstiens are about as cheap, last forever, and don't ride like crap. But good to see MaxPee improving! Broke and low mofos need shocks too.

      @@tbagskustoms2606 Not a fan of truhart either, but their finish is at least nicer. Also, Iirc, truhart are dual-tube shocks, not monoshocks like the bils and maxpeedings. Okay for the street but not a performance shock by any stretch of imagination.

    • @tbagskustoms2606
      @tbagskustoms2606 ปีที่แล้ว

      Give the t7s a look up. They’re twin tube.

    • @tbagskustoms2606
      @tbagskustoms2606 ปีที่แล้ว

      T7s are a twin tube, oil/nitrogen.
      Up to 12k spring rate
      24 level Adjustable dampening
      Fronts are pillow ball top mounts.
      All depends on longevity and ride quality, then again higher spring rates are not the best for street use. We will see how they are when installed!

    Hate these coilovers. Constantly getting loose, spring binding, even welded incorrectly. I guess thats what happens when you order them as SOON as they come out. Lesson learned

    Been on MPR coils for about a year. Worst year of my life. They do not dampen, even in the slightest: like, the most important thing for a suspension. Horrible product. Almost got enough saved up to get some Fortune 500’s.

    you spend all this money on your car and you buy cheap junk coils. Just save up a few more weeks and get a good product. Your suspension is important. Like buying cheap tires.
