I'm super happy with my Lynx off road. Caught the kickstand once and bruised the heck out of my leg with it on a minor fall. I took it off, that thing is waiting to reach out and hurt you. Also be careful going slowly over steep ledges or drops as it will catch on things.
You're really smooth on those trails! I'm trying to work on my off-road game right now. I hope to compete in the Amped electric games this coming year. I might even try to work in Oak City Shred fest as well.
thanks! I did find I have to change how I jump & land just for the lynx's fw. So many new lynx riders I see lands with the wheel accelerating backwards. get more offroad rides in so you're prepped for Amped :)
I'd watch a version of Megavalanche of 100's of riders on electric Unicycles going down the Alps. That first leg coming down off the glacier would be interesting.
@@neo3exe exactly my thinking. dirt bikes really give you a perspective on how to set up suspension. that's my background. and the same mindset most riders have, so you can grow into the suspension the faster you get.
@neo3exe great! I picked up the 244 loved that tire on my s22 going to install it on the lynx was thinking I might have had to shave the side nobs of a bit
fingers crossed not yet, but have come close in a skatepark bowls. Saw mr wrongway removed his at the dirtmasters event so I'll remove mine soon enough
@@neo3exe it's one of the things with the Lynx that is preventing me from getting one. I hope they make an update with a better kickstand that is not in the way.
Like it, one of the best video around showing lynx capabilities without being too crazy. ;)

Thank you
same, though I did end up 3d printing a short stand using flexible filament cause I missed having one

@@neo3exe i very much intend to. Maybe I'll see you out there.

Short tracks, nice ride!
Such a good wheel, i like the idea of having half the video with music and the other without !
Nice! Looks a lot like the Ozarks where I live. Good ride💯
Nice video! Running the 244?
yup, side clearances are a bit tight on mine, 1-2mm
How fast do I have to travel to get my Lynx to go over jumps like that? In mph please
had a look at my strava speeds, apparently this ride averages around 12mph and then if there's an incoming jumps, might speed up to 20mph or so
@@neo3exe thank you 🙏
This video is so cool.. by the way: How much do you weigh and what‘s your suspension lbs on your Lynx?
Cheers! I'm 73kg and got the 70lbs Lynx just so that I could set it to a fairly soft settings and still doesn't bottom out - no preload!
@@neo3exe Thank you so much!
@@neo3exe That‘s interesting. How soft can you turn it?

Did you to do any modifications to get the shinko 244 to fit? No rubbing?
no modification but it is reeaally tight - only about 2mm clearance each side

@@JonahHaxI designed a shorter one that you can 3D print and make flexible as well
@@RonnieRides Where can we find those?
What battery 50E or 50S?
50S, actually don't know anyone with a 50E here :s
@@neo3exe I have 50E and i can't imagine not having enough power
Oh no, your rim sticker coming loose 😥
haha yep installed right before the ride, I'll do it better
@@neo3exe some rubbing alcohol on the rim before and it will stick like glue :D
@@RonnieRides yeah I did that as well... there isn't much surface at the edge of the rim to stick to :s
