That's really bad when cowards shoot from a parking lot not knowing their exact target. Not man enough to face the people he is trying to kill. And then innocent children hurt because of that cowardly act. Since Kemp's stand alone bill. It's been a lot of senseless shootings in Ga alone

How horrible when you are not even safe in your own home this senseless act needs to be stopped period what happened to fighting fights with words and your hands if people were held accountable to or their crimes may be a lot of the senseless shootings and killings would stop
