I've been doing rg for 11-12 years now and it's safe to say I definitely was NOT flexible when I started out! 😅 it took a couple years to improve on my flexibility so definitely take it easy and dont push yourself too much! Its gonna take some time to get to where you want to get but just keep working hard! ❤

how long did it take you to get this flexible as a rhythmic gymnast? I'm self-training but I don't want to put myself where I get hurt
