You have no idea about how many people ur helping right now especially during lockdown so thank you for everything sophie,ly❤️❤️❤️ Keep up what ur doing and we’ll always support u.🖤
Thank you for your tutorials. I have always dreamed to be a rhythmic gymnast and having your tutorials help me reach that goal. Do you have tutorials for a split leap and arabesque turns? I'd love to see them
Thank you! ❣it was fantastic, however I was looking for the same turn but vertical shoulders. Can you please do that also? 🙏 is that called horizontal or vertical trunk?
Thank you so much for posting these tutorials! I just found your channel! I wanted to ask you if there is any process for increasing # of turns? Is there a secret? Or is it really just practicing and you gradually get better? Maybe I'm over thinking it? I get really discouraged - but maybe it's just a long process? How long did it take you to get this good at penche turns?
My pleasure! I think some things that may help you turn more are taking a good amount of force when pushing off the floor with your back leg, going on a slight releve for penche turns (having your heel on the floor will slow you down a bit) and keeping a nice strong penche position throughout the turn. However it does definitely take some time to improve your penche turns, like any other movement. I think it took me at least a couple years to settle the turn and be able to do 3-4 penche turns, but I'm still working on improving it now 6 years later. Don't be discouraged, just trust the process, you got this!
Saw your shoutout on Jordan matters video and then I realised u do rhythmic gymnastics like me hehe I don’t go to a club yet (probs will soon) but I do some training
unfortunately i don't even know how to do it so i don't think i could give a tutorial on it :( i do have a tutorial for backscale balance though! th-cam.com/video/1irMTI36icI/w-d-xo.html
not necessarily oversplit but you need to achieve a full split in penche to get full marks. it's often easier to achieve a full split in the balance if you're able to push into oversplits so i would just recommend that you keep stretching consistently :)
Well hopefully if you keep working on your leg flexibility, you can achieve the split position and put penché turn in your routine. Keep working on it!! ❤

Hello. Could you teach us, how to improve split jumps or jumps with backbend. Thank you.
I haven't been able to jump for the past few months due to injuries, but I can try to make those once I am feeling better ❤❤
What to do if we don't have a resistance band?
You can probably do some of the exercises without it, but if you can get one, it is really helpful! 😊
Did you see the new Jordan matter video? Your name is at the very end!
Yesss I saw and I'm so excited!!
you won a photoshoot from Jordan matter!!!!
Ahhh I still can't believe it!!
@@SophieCrane same I'm so happy for you!!!!

@@SophieCrane yw!
I've always wanted to do a penche turn but my coach never puts it in my routines cuz apparently I don't have a split while turning.
Well hopefully if you keep working on your leg flexibility, you can achieve the split position and put penché turn in your routine. Keep working on it!! ❤
What gym do you go to?
