Will probably be able to pick these up for £80ish pounds within a few months. Always found Pegs a good all round sport/leisure/gym shoe (once you’ve put 500km in them and retire them from running) as not overly rockered and quite flexible/natural feeling compared to a lot of running shoes
for anyone with a wider foot these were better to me personally than a pair of ultra boosts... love this shoe everyone has different opions and feet! remember that some say this shoe is ok but not great but for me they are amazing. and ive had hokas and uiltra boosts ect
I just gave upon the Peg 39 after 310 miles. They never quite fit as snug as I wanted, possibly because of the flared heel. These look like they might fit better, but I prefer the Vormero 17 for a daily Nike shoe. And they’re under $100 now.
A general thought about new shoe designs . I don't like these multi insert soles. They wear out quickly and come apart.... which makes the whole idea of different density of sole counter productive. Regardless, I think Im getting a pair. Thanks for your thoughts.
Random question; I dont see any of you guys still wearing the Oura ring. Any specific reason for that? As you were enthusiastic about it a few years ago. Thanks!
For me (Nick) it’s that watches caught up enough with things like readiness that I don’t feel the need for a separate device if I’m going to be looking at that kind of stuff. Oura still does it very well ofc
I absolutely hate the new design. Having hip arthritis it is so god dam hard to find shoes that don't make my hips hurt and I've relied on the last 3 generations of air Pegasus as my daily footwear. I can totally tell the pressure spot is in the heel in the 41 as opposed to feeling the entire shoe and arch in the 40. Trying to buy up all the 40's I can get now. Sad I have to find a new type of shoe and hoping I actually can.
Tbh I kinda regret buying it at full price. At its price there alot of much better shoes. It's too all-around to be a good choice at something. Even as a versatile running shoes novablast 4, adidas sl2, puma velocity nitro 3 would be a much better choice. 2 things that I can think this excels compared to other are: - Looks and feels great as casual walking shoes (I got the black-white one). - More versatile for other than running.
Looking forward to rhe turbo with zoomx over this. I have an infinity run that i bought on clearance with this foam..... it feels like a brick to me. As soon as I saw reactx on this it waa an immediate pass for me.
You're seeing signs of wear on the heel outsole because you're dragging your heel across pavement. You can grind METAL down to nothing if you do that long enough, can't fault the outsole for that. ;)
I've tried 40 and 41, and honestly, 40 felt more comfortable and softer. Short try but I didn't like 41 at all. Only the looks. Magic, if ever existed in Pegasus line, is gone. Trail 4 GTX the most comfortable I've tried but awful water-resistance, soon water is all around at the top of the shoe. What's wrong with Nike lately? PS. SL2 seemed like a holiday for foot after these 2, better than Vomero 17
which shoes are good by now then? Like for a sprinter to do his warmups and speed sessions in. Eventual doing some basic b/w gym exercises in. Nothing too long. Genuinely interested to know
Nike shoes is standard for fitting. Once you select the right Nike size, you will never have any fitting problem again. Not every Nike shoes are equal but generally, they are really consistent in shoes quality and dependable. Just a little bit expensive because of their product positioning
This is a real update of Pegasus 41. Last day I wore them.

That's what i love about pegs. It always goes on sale. Even more than 50% off
Been loving the Mach 6 - that’s been my holiday shoe this year! The sign of a good all rounder for sure.

Definitely a great looking shoe! I ended up picking up the Vomero 17 instead. Ill definitely still be picking these up soon.
I love this one and was surprised my bunion fitted in it! Best for midfoot striking is my experience (or heelstrike), not for sprints on the forefoot
Hi.! Is it good for everyday casual wear to the office? Thanks!!

Great video! On a side note are you guys checking out the Saucony elite 2s? 😁
How do these compare to adidas adizero sl2?

GT2000 12 vs Kayano 31!

Needs a rocker in the forefoot.
Along with more forefoot stack .
Another nike shoe i won’t bother buying
Ok and….no one cares

Bought the NB 1080v13 I’m not looking back and I’ve own 38 39 and 40 they’re okay but lack cushion and support for jogging and walking.
Nikes are garbage....No one wears them anymore, better quality shoes on the market.

What do you recommend then? Complaints are better followed by solutions.

ASICS, New balance, soucony, three much better running shoe brands
@@garefifaspeler ASICS and New Balance are constructed with better quality materials and will wear and last longer.
