Like I said, we used to run it on our old machines without any issues so it should work fine on 11th gen CPU with Iris Xe. Although, do consider having good amount of RAM though ( at least 8GB )

Assuming you are talking about : HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0045au then actually both the devices are completely different. If you need more CPU/GPU power and OMEN also has double the battery capacity than you should go with that but if you need more slim laptop which is also 360 and you are okay with basic CPU/GPU performance then you can go with Envy. Also, keep in mind that OMEN at 86k doesn't have full 100% sRGB panel with 250 nits but whereas Envy will give you 100%sRGB with 400 nits

for gaming you will need more GPU power than CPU. Hence 1660ti is better for gaming than 1650. So I suppose you should go with GTX 1660Ti OMEN
