    Thanks for the information. Greatly appreciated. We recently purchased a home on the Northern East Coast, that came with a Cherry Tree that's about 35 feet tall. I believe the tree was mainly grown for food for wildlife. But we been noticing a great number of raccoons, visiting. As much as we love the Cherry Tree, we really can't stand the unwanted visitors of raccoons. Took notice several parts of the trunk is oozing out a dark color liquid. We wanted to hire an Aborist to give us some advice but each time we called they were to busy for the season. So after watching this video might give us some hope. Our only set back is the tree is 35 feet tall. I guess we will be lightly pruning the lower limbs till someone can bring it down for good.
