@nickt916 Water and soap will help with bubbles, but you must let it dry before you peel off the transfer tape. Sometimes this can take a while depending on your car's clear coating.
That “e” going over the panel gap will stab my eyes with a rusty screwdriver if I was the client or supervisor of the install tech. That actually looks horrible, especially when during the registration step that could have been avoided. Nobody yelled “CUT” do it over while recording the video???
Geez... I came looking for a how to video to show a friend how to apply lettering, and this is an awful technique 😂 How about either hinging it vertically, or tape along the whole tope edge and cut it into more manageable sections and apply a few ltrs at a time. Your technique will allow the application tape to bend if not pulled straight, and will initially trap air bubbles when it touches prior to squeegee'ing it out 🫣
Good, good stuff. what software do you guys use? can you do a quick tutorial?
oh man. that "e" thing. why not move slightly left to avoid the gap? : (
You're right, I thought the same, that's a mistake for beginners.
And cut and separate the "nt". This looks horrible!
