    Embarking on a journey toward body recomposition requires dedication and perseverance, as achieving sustainable weight loss and muscle gain takes considerable effort. Regardless of the pace, it's important to approach fat loss and muscle building with patience. My overarching goal, from today, May 13th, to December 1st, is to comfortably fit into my pre-pregnancy size 6 clothes, aiming to shed around 25 pounds in the process.
    My short-term goal is a weight loss of 10 pounds in eight weeks, which is exceptionally doable and, in my case, requires extreme dedication and effort. Even if you can safely create the calorie deficit necessary to lose a little more than 1.5 pounds per week, consider that you're setting yourself up for unsustainable deprivation and quick regain of any lost weight Be sure to get the okay from your doctor before beginning a diet and exercise program.
    From Monday, 13 May 2024 to Sunday, 1 December 2024, there are 202 days. That's 6 months and 19 days... a six months full of opportunities that I am going to grab them because they're mine.
