I think that good content would be all these teachings in a real context with a young or several young students applying them and explaining them as well.
Excellent Shifu, I always look forward to listening and applying your proverbs the best I can. My question is: What's is the difference and similarities of Soft vs relaxed in Martial Arts?
Thank you for your work and the insights you give. Not a question: could you give the chinese text in the description below the video? It would allow us to search for etymology and the correct way to write the words. Thanks again.
not a question about the proverb, but hopefully you can discuss this in future videos: sometimes you mention "beautiful term" when you talk about some words, for example in this video, the "keeping body straight and centralized" part. for some of us who are not good with linguistics, can you explain why certain words are considered beautiful, like the criteria of it, and maybe give more examples from arts, martial arts, philosophy, or even daily life?
Relax, Solid and Dynamic. Very simple, yet deep. Thanks Shifu
Thank you Sifu for that very helpful answer

Lol, it's not linguistics.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
If he thinks the term is beautiful, it is.
