You can cut your grass too by going in your tool menu and use your "Edit Grass". You can also use it to cut when it grows through your floors. It's actually super quick too. You can, literally, take flight and sweep the lawn. I always edit the grass right from the jump. I checked out your "Day that unity killed the game" content and saw you speak on it. Glad I found your content. Learning a lot .Let's build... 👍🏾✌🏾

And as far as the house itself, I think that small room off the master could be a cool reading nook with a window facing the front and a small chair or couch. Lastly I promise. Lol don't forget to add outlets and also smoke alarms.

For the fireplace you could duplicate or move a branch from outside to put in it and make it more realistic!

New viewer here. I've just started binge watching this series and this is my favorite flip so far even though I'm not usually a fan of modern style homes. I think you've converted me! Your designs are amazing. I can't wait to see what you come up with in the future. Do you actually build homes IRL? I thought you said something to that effect in one of your videos... anyways, I really enjoy when you talk about what you do IRL vs in game, it's super interesting to me.
Just a note: I would've voted for an extension had I seen this when it first came out. 😁

I just love what you have done here. And for me, I have flipped this house and the other one millions of time... :D I have watch from episode 1 and lol, in one of the houses I scream "dont sell the windows" :D lol.... cause the outside panel was ok, and I take them out put them on the floor and sell them.
