You videos are somehow so much more satisfying and comforting to watch than big streamers, i have no idea how you’re not as popular. I love that you full have you own visions for the house and will completely build something new.
You could make the flower bed into a floating deck, if you can’t get rid of it.
You're my fave to watch because you are not afraid to just change everything with the house. Love how creative you are with these builds. Def think you can make the 500k
Super excited for this build! The starter house can not be sold even if you change your office. I spent well over $300k on my starter house in hopes to flip it for quick cash before I realized its not sellable at any point (so far anyway), and had to redo a bunch of jobs to get some cash again. That is another thing to keep in mind, that you can redo the jobs and get paid again (or get 100% completion if you missed it the first time).
Side note about the collectables: There are 9 in total in the different jobs, and the only thing that you get for collecting them all (aside from the game achievement) is that you have all 9 to use as decorations in your houses.

Loved the video! Sadly I also tried to sell the parents house, had moved the home office but no dice. The game tells you your parents still technically own the house. As for a room in the new house, I always love a good library with some cozie armchairs!

You can make the fronts of the stairs white by applying a white flooring or paint to them.
I definitely think you can make back $500,000 on the house, just don’t over decorate this is a flip house after all! You Gotta have a budget of how much you putting into the home, and a plan on how much you want to receive and make back from the sell of the home!
in sandbox mode they have the triangle pieces for under stairs n things it makes the game more enjoyable
i think the reason you cant sell the parents house is because its your main house?? i know that was a thing in the first game so try moving your laptop to another house and see if that works
