To answer the question, stuffing went inside the turkey cavity and dressing is a baked bread-like side. Also I use a whole chicken for my dressing, don't like to over do it on the turkey. But this also looked delicious.

Should you cook the broth on the stove? should you or do you use the season blend cooked with the broth and then add with a cold broth so the dressing won't be dry.

yes I discovered that years ago dressing taste so much better without the cream of chicken soup.
Stuffing is when you actually stuff the turkey with it and Dressing is when you bake it on the side......in my household

Please don't call this dressing...southern dressing uses cornbread!! It's not dressing without it!
