You and I make potato salad exactly the same, Gina! Even to the boiling of the eggs with the potatoes, with only one exception, I top mine with bacon bits that I fry and drain well. Dill weed too boot! Tastes so good, WhooWee!
Mrs. Gina, I was a cook in a rehab hospital back in the late 80's and early 90's. I have to be honest with you back then, cooking was not my passion and I got out of it ( even though they say I was a very good cook). Now, some 17 or more years later I watched several of your videos (meatloaf and potato salad) and your enthusiasm, combined with the fact that you put alot of flavor into your recipes, has stirred up a desire in me to get back into it. Along with the fact that you include a prayer, I can't wait to see more and everything you do looks so delicious!

I remembered that boiled your eggs with the potatoes. I like watching an incorporating recipes that I already know, how to cook. But I just love watching my People cooking videos. No thing like a Great clean Cook. You can not go wrong. The best time to prepare your Family meals is at home. You will have less colds and sickness when you prepare your meals at home. Trust me on this one. You can not be a lazy Cook.

I watched this video yesterday and then immediately after I made it for my parents along with some grilled wings. I didn't have onions so I used onion powder instead. It was a huge hit! Thank you so much for this great recipe, Miss Gina!
Mrs. Gina your potato salad looks delicious. I'm going to try it for sure. It's almost how I do mines. I get a large bowl and cut the eggs, little onion & little green pepper up. I add mayo mustard relish garlic & onion powder parika parsley season Al & MIX all up. I then take potatoes out the freezer. Then I add the potatoes to the egg mixture. Mix then taste to see if it needs more seasonings.

Just love your videos. If I add to much mayo, I add a little mash potato flakes to soak up the extra moisture. It works like magic.

Mrs. Gina, This is exactly how I make my potato salad. I use green bell peppers instead of chopped celery. I'll use celery seeds in place of the chopped celery. I also dice my onions up finely and I top mines with slice eggs on top & sprinkle with smoked paprika and parsley as the decorations. My potato salad only last one day during the holidays. I just love your humble spirit. Continue to spread the love with your gift of cooking. :O) Blessings!

Hey Gina I gave you a thumbs up because I welcome different ways of doing things. I make a great potato salad although I have never tried garlic in it or salt well I don't generally cook with salt
Boiling the eggs with the potatoes is a brilliant technique. The salted water might penetrate the shells, thereby seasoning the eggs. It is a joy to listen to you.

Enjoyed the video your potato salad looks good. I use miracle whip I do not like mayo. In my mother lifetime she used pimentos just for the color. I love celery in mine but my family does not.
