This was a really interesting insight into trans care in the US. I am a trans and intersex man in Canada so have been curious about how insurance works with this in the US. I hope you can get your medication covered again soon drew!🖤🦇 I can relate to not being able to take it for a while and it is hard, the insurance situation there is so unfair and weird. Healthcare is a basic human right and should not be kept behind a paywall. You guys seem really cool and i hope the best for yall. Whattahell . I have medi cal . And my primary doctor, prescribed me hrt the same day i told them I wanted to get on hormones and spyronolactone testosterone blockers . But they really did see me that I was really depressed. I told them everything that I felt . That I didn't eat , was depressed ND a whole a lotta more stuff. I was literally very skinny . Cus eating made me put on weight ND that caused me gender dysphoria. I'm on my 6th day of hrt . And I live in California. It's so easy here to get on hrt thank god . Now I think I'd rather get on injections in form of estrogen.
