You need an air return from the room being cooled to the fridge. Other wise you are just cooling hot outside air instead of cooling, cooled air in the room. Get it?

Would t you burn out your fridges compressor from the door being left open? It never reaching temp thus perpetually running. If the windings don't burn.. the compressor and/or the evap will freeze
What ever it's it's good innovation, y the manufacturer not thinking, already everyone home have refrigerator so btu of compressor is increased means ,we can use refrigerator as air conditioner for one r two month after summer complete then we use refrigerator, that manufacturer to think to the 2in 1 , because refrigerator can buy by all easy ,in innovation next trand os this only. Please get the copyright for innovative solutions. Before use of any manufacturer. Very thinking....

A couple suggestions: He should have had the input air come from the room, and not outside, so each time the air recirculates it gets a lottle bit colder. Also, the heat generated from the back of the fridge is heating the room, he should have tried to ventilate out THAT air to the outside.

To cool such amount of will heat up the fridge condenser very high sonfor that you'll need a fan to coll it too..
This way, the compressor will never cutoff, because it won't reach subzero, which will burn the compressor sooner or later due to overheating.

Modifying the internal thermostat of the fridge could fool it into turning off when it reaches a comfortable temperature instead of subzero. Of course the compressor will still be running for prolonged periods of time but it might last a little longer.
There are many ways to protect the compressor from thermal runaway, you could put a thermal sensor on the compressor with a circuit and relay, which cuts off the compressor at a fixed temperature, but that would not solve the purpose of air conditioning. fridges and air conditioners are two different things.
Wrong. The project is just is just an idea. Only upgradation required is humidity and temperature control. Ofcourse it can't compete the professional ac but will work to some extent in small room and shops. Instead of buy back old refrigerator for a mere 1500 rs better to install this project at home.

put the fan input and output to the room so it sucks cold air instead of hot, and also the compressor will explode if you don't put some kind of a timer to turn the compressor off every couple of minutes

Carnot's principle: efficiency of any heat engine is always less than 100% This means the room will actually heat up unless the refrigerator is kept outside. And then there's the question of load on the compressor.
He's cooling the adjacent room outside the room the freezer is in. This is probably his annex. Its just proof of concept. Also an additional fan in the window or elsewhere in the adjacent room located near the ceiling in another window perhaps, would expel air that gets too hot in the room he is trying to cool, and would make a huge difference.

How will it cool. The condenser of the refrigerator will dissipate extra heat to make the room hotter so I feel net effect will be negative and will spoil the refrigerator as they have compressor of far lesser capacity than AC.
If both are placed inside the room then it's totally stupid idea because even at 90 percent efficiency it will generate more heat then it can cool net effect will be little bit hot
He should had another flex duck on that fan to the room as a return to suck air from the room to the freezer and back to the room instead of that fan suck hot ambient temp to freezer and to room. Air supply and return not completed

Why in the world would you pull air from outside? Think of all AC units big and small. The air return in inside both on central AC units and window units. Think of that big filtered area on a window unit. Pulling air from inside the room. Why you'd pull air from outside is beyond me!

This is a fake video. First, the air inside the room should be cooled gradually, not cooling the hot air coming from the outside. Second, the heat of the condenser i.e., hot pips of the refrigerator should be released outside not inside the cooling room.
