That looks like the 9 Network replay of the ABC Ch 2 game
Odd Tv setup for 1983 channel 9 for that one year only as far as I can tell in that era channel 10 and I think abc as well.

I remember that game well watching from the northern end of Kogarah . 32- 2 in favour of the Dragons .

Parra were missing Price and Sterling who were replaced by Brad Garrett and Gary Martine but were assured of finishing 2nd regardless. Saints had it all to play for needing to win to make the 5, still a surprise scoreline though!!
33-2 to St George in round 25 right?
It was R26. Not sure if it was televised as Manly/Wests was the Sunday tv game that weekend.
