- One morning, Damaris showed up to work only for the watchman to tell her she was not allowed and he was under strict instructions not to let her in,...reason, she had refused to spend extra time in the office alone with the boss because there was no one to take care of her son and she needed to be home in time..in short, she got fired.
But what she did not know was that that was the begining of a beautiful breakthrough. Strangers came through for her, she became one of the most sorted designers in the country and now spends her life uplifting other people too.

This lady has blessed my heart..... 4 months I go my husband left with everything in the house ....at that time my mum was diagnosed with cancer stage 4 ......it has not been easy for me and my girl .....running things has not been easy since I decided to keep it from my mum bcoz of her health ....I pray God will give me someone to navigate my way thru my career .......thank you for your story.....

This story just gave me some hope in life,had decided it's done and ata kama nitatembea barabara nigongwe na gari ni sawa kuliko kuishi..Lost my job early this year and it has been one problem after the other,and the biggest blow was today when my landlady threw stuff out in the most embarrassing manner,Yani nilikua natupiwa manguo Hadi nje ya balcony,I have never cried like today asking God so many questions.. Right now I am at the rooftop as I type this and this is the first story I stumble upon and I just have some little bit of hope..May God send me my destiny helper cause I am literally loosing my mind.

As a self taught web developer/ programmer, I can totally relate to her story. There's some people I have met who gave me a chance to showcase my skills. I have built/revamped their websites and it helps me alot to grow in my career.Thank you to everyone who believed in me. One day I will tell my story. I am so inspired by this woman. Wow this reminds me how I was replaced while in office on 10th of may 2022.I just reported to work as usual and I was doing my daily report when the manager walked in with my replacement and I was asked to go home I will be called and that's how my job ended I was really heartbroken couldn't even eat for a month being a single mum of one I really cried but thanks to my family who have always been there for me.And watching this gives me hope that I will get a source of income and I will be able to provide for my daughter.
I used to see this lady on her bike. I was like she looks good and I just admired her. Later on I got to know she's an interior designer. Her story is so inspiring.
