Phoina did refund me my money but now i kinda see what could have happened, her staff didn't bother with my order coz i had paid direct to Phoina. Keep going Phoina and 🧐👀open🙌🏽
One thing about Phoina, she has a good heart and always supports her friends. At my lowest time this girl held my hands. One day I will tell my story.. Phoina keep soaring.
I have been a spa/salon receptionist before, The problem is that the salon employers trust the hairdressers and therapist more than the receptionist/manager (and the most underpaid are the receptionist) yet we are the one managing your business. It's a tough business for sure, especially when employees gang up
Diana you don't employ you don't trust. And for the employees who steal from their employers, shame on them. A day will come, and they will repay every single coin they stole, in this life or after.

In some developed countries, saloon owners are always at the saloon. Incase a customer complains about the service the owner is there to sort the problem.
