Awesome information provided clearly. However, I have a different case. I have an approved I-140 NIW EB2 petition. Now I need to submit documents to NVC after their welcome letter. Do I need to submit I-864/A/EZ. There was no affidavit of support fee asked by NVC on the CEAC website. Help will be appreciated.
Abhisha, I am ready to file my i-864 for my wife my income is right on the board line, so I am using a household member's income and have filled out the i-864a. My question is should I file mine first to see if the CEAC- NVC requests more income or should I just file them all at the same time? Thank you and keep up the great videos.
Thank you Abhisha for that very informative video. In my case, my daughter who is the petitioner has a joint sponsor that happens to be my brother in law. I understand clearly that they both have to submit the I-864 form, however what seems to be an issue to my understanding, will my 2 under 21 years old daughters as my dependent be granted an immigrant visa to travel to the US? Hi Abhisha, awesome video👏🏼👏🏼 , I have a question that is : I’m filling up the 1-30 to my kids that both are adults and married. My daughter has no kids but my son has two boys.
I already paid the fee for my kids, however I already sent the copy of their marriage certificate in pdf but the system is still checking, so I’m not able to pay the fee tot them yet. Well I don’t know when I will be able to use the form I-864 , I guess I will use this form. But I really don’t know when.

Good day Abhisha. I'm tying to file the I-864 form as the sponsor due to the fact that my wife who is a US citizen with no income. We have received the Welcome letter from NVC for her son who is not my step-son. So my questions are as follows. On Part1: I use my name correct? I select 1d. and chose second of two joint sponsors. Correct? Part 3: I select (Yes) Correct? I don't need to add my wife on the below Family Member Information since she is living in the US. Correct? Part 4: 1a.-c: Do I put my wife's information in this area? And our mailing info? And under Other Information: 5 Her information. Correct? Part 6 would be my income information. Correct? Part 23a. I answer (Yes) and provide my 2020 Income Tax return. Correct? Thank you for your help. V/R Keith
Please I have some questions about the Form I-864 about Part 6, Question 24a
My most recent total income is less than the 125% of the poverty guideline but on Part 6, Question 7 "My current Annual Household Income" individual would be enough to sponsor the incoming immigrant for which I am sponsoring, does that mean I'm still required to involve a joint sponsor or am I ok to depend on my own annual income?

Hey Abhisha, nice video! I would just like to ask as how to categorize one of my sponsors. So my mum is the petitioner but does not meet minimum income requirements. My cousin who lives in the same house as my mum is willing to sponsor. But my cousin is not in any way dependent of my mum. How do I categorize my cousin? Will she be a joint sponsor or a household member?

Good day ma'am. Please I really need your help. We submitted our NVC document. And everything we approved except the FORM I-864 AFFIDAVIT Of SUPPORT. Ok, I have a unique situation. My parents and I live on the same property, in separate houses(right next to each other). They are co-signing my immigration for my spouse, so would we use a separate joint sponsor or could we claim the same household since we live on the same property 🤔 They own the property that my house is on. My house is still legally in their name.

Hi Abhisha, I am in process of filing affidavit of support for my biological mom and dad green card. I don't qualify as a sponsor since I don't make much money and right now I am not working at all (taking care of two small kids) but my wife is ready to sponsor. My wife is currently not working because she is going to school till August. Last year she worked one month only but she got unemployment benefit. She has enough money to sponsor my mom and dad.
