Well, I met a girl in 1980 (at my age 19) and the very moment I saw her, my IQ fell 60 points, my heartbeat surged, and I presented the most stupid face possible. She was 16. We chatted all long the afternoon. We met the next day and it was a romantic summer, but she went home 2000 kms far. For a few years love was on fire when we coud meet. We married in 1989 and it's still going on. So I have to doubt this "...in real life people don't fall in love for the first sight..." thing :)

It is that easy to see if someone's attracted to you. We've all had those moments where someone catches your attention and you can't keep your eyes off of them. I'm not saying that everyone who's attracted to you looks at you like that, but that everyone who looks at you like that is attracted to you.
Romantic relationships are not a beautiful thing. Romance causes a lot of problems in this world. Life is a lot better without romance than it is with it. Romantic love is not special at all, and I think that the romantic type of love isn't real. More than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other, And most couples who are still together are usually not happy being together.
Also, there are a lot of toxic romantic relationships. Like an example is that abuse happens a lot in romantic relationships.

When ms. Mojo said "real life people don't fall in love at first sight" my mind and heart goes NOOOOOOOOO i've experienced it for real! And it turns into an unrequited love but still it was the most memorable moment of my high school life.
Left out the opening of Junebug in which Madeleine and George first spy each other in the art gallery she owns. And 1969 version of Romeo and Juliet, in which Juliet bursts on the scene in her red Italian Renaissance costume. Gorgeous.

I think it does. I don't think you fall in love love, but it's more like that "woah she's pretty" kinda thing, and of course it can be mistaken for love at First Sight if the person you're stunned by upon that first glance eventually becomes your lifelong partner.
