I'm gonna take the opportunity to go for a "No Haaland All Season" challenge. Gonna give me so much freedom and spice up the game with differentials. Besides, I think it will compete well.

I'm not a fan of going without haaland and still having to play Muniz and Wood up front. I would personally downgrade the defence and GK, and find a way to get to Watkins.
Haaland will bag a hat trick in preseason and we will all have him. I found I made up rank ignoring other template picks like Liverpool and United players. Template for 7-9 picks (including bench) but the 6-8 other players is where you get rank.
What are the odds he ends up not only with Haaland, but exact same team as Andy or FPL Salah. He talks good stats but he can't trust his own advice. Hence copying Zoph then Fpl Salah
I started getting top 20k and 30k when I stopped following the content creators - they don’t actually do that well in the rankings. Template is not how you get top 30k

Not having Haaland on my last wildcard sent me from 200k to 450k. I'm not making that mistake again. There are plenty of 6.5 mids and 4.5 defenders to facilitate Haaland. I just feel like a lot of these expert drafts without him may suddenly change come GW1. I could be wrong though.

I was kind of frustrated that you didn't focus more on Armstrong and his reasons. You also alluded to him playing a more defensive squad and then never address that too. Try to focus more on the questions than your presentation.
Doesn't matter who ya pick its really down to that lucky choice of captaining or treble captaining a player who scores 2,3,4 goals in 1 game, eg say you had Palace's winger Rak - Saki in your team whos owned by hardly anyone then just for the sake of it you treble captain him then he scored 2 v Southampton & lays on an assist , or maybe Pickford scores from a goal kick, saves a penalty plus keeps clean sheet too while he's captain & everyone else captained Haaland v Bournemouth then he blanks same gw,

Disagree. Money doesn't always equate to points. I agree with his midfield mostly. Gvardiol and Arsenal's defence were points killer towards end of the season. Destroyed you from not owning them. While we know what TAA can do. Only area that is weak is his forwards, which I would bolster to Muniz/Wood.

Solid draft. Similar team to mine but I prefer Rice over Odegaard. Ode only scored 21 more points (1 goal & 2 assists more). Rice in the 2nd half of the season as the marauding num.8 was epic. That saves you $2m, which I've upgraded Pedro/Armstrong to Muniz/Wood. Better strikers, teams and importantly fixtures. With the spare $1m I would then upgrade Burn, who barring GW1, I don't expect clean sheets to Muniz or possibly Timber, if he starts. The real conundrum I have is Foden/Foden, who I really want.
Rice is terrible. Don't base your team off a lucky patch last year. He's never a £100 mil player and won't be a good FF asset. He might get points from the odd set piece but definitely better players in that price point.

Olise was already mostly absent as he was always injured. Not sure why they are talking like we don’t have a mountain of evidence of Eze without Olise or the fact Eze was absolutely better when Olise was playing with him.

Imo Salah is not worth it (as a Liverpool supporter), Saliba and Gvardiol also too expensive, from £6.0m defender I expect far more attacking threat than this two have and nobody can give you sure guarantees on clean sheets these days. Also, Konsa not a safest pick too as he is slight rotation risk imo, then picking Bruno based on nothing (if anything if you’re such an expert you should know that blindly jumping on United train will probably cost you, at least that’s what they taught us last 2 seasons under ETH). And on top of all that he’s no Haaland and picks fckn Armsttong and Joao Pedro💀 Can’t take him seriusly ngl

I've got like 3 finishes below 5k (1800 lowest) 2 under 10k. I've been playing 16 years . I am in position where I can confidently say I'm a better manager then Bakar as I don't need models or to follow other content guys. Ive also won literally thousands over the years. He’s been brought in a primarily a LB that inverts into midfield, yes he can cover Gabriel but not to replace him.

I've got like 3 finishes below 5k (1800 lowest) 2 under 10k. I've been playing 16 years . I am in position where I can confidently say I'm a better manager then Bakar as I don't need models or to follow other content guys. Ive also won literally thousands over the years. It has paid for my family's holidays abroad for 3 of the seasons. Anyone who uses a percentage when refering to rank is hiding the fact they haven't got any good ranks. Am I right? 😉
