I’m not that good 5”11 white guy in 9th grade, at a small country school, I average about 9 points a game and I have just recieved an offer from a school in California... anything is possible even if you feel you arent that good
Yes it worked I had to be a 6"8 guard that can play any position with a 38inch vertical and has the ball handling of a 6"0 gaurd
What if you want to get into a big college with around a D1 or D2 league.
Cause I want to be in the NBA and I live in Hawaii
My parents aren't the richest so we won't be able to fully give me a lot of money to do all the things needed
I want to go into a Mainland College if that's not already hard enough
I'm fairly good academically with around a 3.6 GPA if I really wanted to work and get it
I also cannot or most likely participate in a Basketball Team wether it's local or school because as I had stated before my parents aren't the richest and we are barely getting above average. We run our own business despite my parents being immigrants so we work 7 days a week which gives me a disadvantage in basketball. I was thinking that if I were to someway get into a basketball team and get the coach to help me with getting a college that would work or I could either use my academic skills to earn a scholarship and I would use that to get into a college and work on basketball.
I'm a fairly good player I know what to do, how to adjust, and I can make plays, I'm a great shooter, good enough ball handling, and everything else is pretty much on target. I know I'm not great or am not the best but I do have the room and I have time, and most importantly I have the will and passion to improve. I almost fit as a point guard for the NBA, when I reach full height I can grow to around 6'2
Either way, I'd like any help or any better way for me to get into a good college and to get into the NBA.
I do except that I may not but I am not willing to give up.

Hey Coach,I recently switched from being a right handed shooter to a left(I know it sounds weird but Il explain) Anyway im really struggling shooting off the dribble because im so used to catching the ball like a right handed shooter and I always have to take an extra second or 2 to adjust the ball,really slowing down my shot especially when driving left i almost do a Joakim Noah shot and its really annoying. Any advice or help would be much appreciated.
P.s I switched to being a leftie because I kept injuring my right hand(Ive missed 3 weeks in the last 2 months due to right hand injuries)

"had to try to find coaches' email address'.... lol, there was a time that coaches didn't even have email (like 90 and earlier) - imagine what it was like then trying to get recruited. Also, before then, almost nobody had their own video camera (or, gasp, film), so you couldn't get film of yourself.

Hey, coach. I just have a couple problems. I play jv and varsity and I'm a sophomore. The thing is I can't score a lot of points in game but I can easily make every single shot at practice. I also cant shoot under pressure or while contested etc. I am going to many camps this summer, and I hope they help. I've tried 1v1s, coming off a fake screen, mikans, and all of those drills but they don't help me when I play in the actual game. Do you have any tips for me? I'm 6'2 and a half and i play power forward. I also can't shoot from beyond the three point line. Is it because I'm a big man? Not practicing enough? Thanks for anything u can do.
yooo fam i got you ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i did the same thing ass u but i'm 5"10 and i play like kyrie like exactly like him and i'm black ight well to begin with are you nervous when u have a game bc i was and i would usually pass the ball a lot and i would have 7 points per game but two games later i was like let me do me the next thing you know it i was droping 23 points per game and believe it or not i had a 50 point game try not to be nervous ight and if u think you can make the shot take it trust me
