Nice fabrication work. I run over a lot of brush and trees on my overgrown 180 acres of Alabama. Small trees try to spring up between the bumper and the tire, eventually smashing the fenders in until anything is strong enough to get in between your tire and your frame. Same between all wheels and the rock sliders too. Could ignore the rear, but I make my own trails and that requires backing up sometimes. The other thing is large branches or leaning trees that ride up over the hood and hit the windshield, so you need a smooth guide that picks it up from the bull bar and smoothly lifts it to the roof rack. This is done slowly so the forces aren't impact, but I need to push stuff out of my way without getting out in all the sticker bushes. It kind of looks like yours is optimized as a roll cage, which I personally don't need, other than I sometimes knock down a small tree that's holding up a big tree that fell long ago. If I don't notice, I get some pretty big stuff falling on my cab. I never go fast, I'm too busted up to take the beating, so I'm not a rollover risk, which makes me think I could save some metal in that area, over the type of off-road I used to do.
Will the shield come out the top if you need to change it out ? Maybe just end up with expanded lath on the bars if it gets broke ? The truck definitely looks like it means business !
Encouraging me to get to work on one myself. Is the windshield section necessary? I have a 95 bronco and visibility is already not awesome... would hate to lose even more
I saw a thing where a guy just removed all the side panels of his K5 truck and used the space for more reinforced cage front and back. It looked sweet. I like that idea
Yeah that was definitely an option, if I keep it long enough and end up breaking the glass I’m for sure going to add some inner support... this is just good enough for now... great idea though! Thank you! Thanks for watching!!
Protects you and the truck😎 Now, it's ready to "Ram" through some "schtuff"😊 THNX!
All it needs to do! It’s going to be plenty for this truck, thanks for watching!

Thanks so much!
Awesome dude. Congratulations on the 1K bro keep it going 🤘🏽
Thank you and thanks for watching!
man that cage is awesome you could almost build the cage then set it on the truck
I didn’t think about that but we probably could have... then the welds could have all been perfect... maybe I’ll cut it off then redo it (5% chance)
Yessir y’all doing great work keep it coming! 🔥💪💯👍
Thank you and thanks for watching!
Nice work!!!
Thank you! Super appreciate it!
Exo Cage turned out great. What size tubing and wall thickness did you use?
The whole thing is 1.75x.120 DOM, total of about 160ft, should be plenty for a truck this size. Thanks for watching!
It turned out good 👍👍🇨🇱
Thank you!
Good job my friend 💪☺🖒
Thank you and thanks for watching!

Yeah if the windshield breaks it’ll be a pain to replace, we didn’t design it around that possibility so let’s just hope it doesn’t break haha
Yeah, those A pillar bars will stop most trouble I'd bet !
That's a lot of work! You guys did well with the tubing bender- I think I would have ended up with a big pile of wasted tubing!
We’ve built a few!! It’s really “easy”
Thanks for watching!
Perfect 👍
Thanks 👍

No it is not entirely necesaary, but it does help in the event of a rollover to keep the passengers safe
Looks nice.
It does!
@@Legacy4x4andOffRoadYT Totally awesome!
