Thank you. This video was EXTEMELY helpful. The IMEI number was required by my cell provider in Canada. The set screw/stop to prevent rotation was different on the model I bought but by prying the side supports apart gently I was able to rotate the camera to access the two bottom screws to remove the housing without breaking the camera. Mine must have been an every so slightly different model with a new type of set screw stop rotation mechanism that I couldn't access so prying it apart gently was the solution I discovered that worked.
in some country, customer insert SIM card in camera, but can not work. at that time, customer need to offer the IMEI number to SIM card operator ot and camera in white list.
