      If you buy the grip, it's supposed to come with at cable to connect into the Moose.

      Yes…I ended up having to buy the cable separately because I had already bought the grip prior

    same here , ordered but no info where when ect. scanner lloks promising but hmm we will see , mole was good but far from perfect

    Guys, pay a english speaking person to speak in a step for step tutorial. I got my scanner today and your manuals are a joke, i had to watch tutorials from content creators here to get to know how things work.
    People are only able to get good results with your euipment, if they know how to use it.
    You will create many returns of hardware if you cant tell people how to use the equipment in a correct way. Click per click tutorials on youtube are not the way. Make your customers happy, so you sell more and will have less returns. The scanner is a GOOD CATCH for the money, IF your customers understand how to use it. Right now your customers are a bit lost after installing the hard- and software and have to look up tutorials by others. Good Service = Happy customers ;-)
