This is one of my favorite scenes in this series. I don't usually go for the modern dramas but this one is one of two that I really like. Gu Jia is like the perfect modern wife. It's too bad her husband just can't see that.
I don't care what the child's parent did or how much you hate each other... you do not punish an innocent child. This is disgusting behaviour, shame on ALL the mothers there for sitting by and letting it happen too.
I loved this woman through the whole drama. I love how she beats these two women up. She was so strong. She protects her little boy. She got rid of her useless cheating husband and that arrogant mistress. She also saved the company's. I watch this over and over.

Should have called the police and have all of them arrested. Even those who said nothing is accomplices to child abuse because they just stood by n did nothing. All of them are equally just as bad.
The mother also played Consort Gao in Ruyi and after watching Ruyi and seeing her like this makes me think Consort Gao would’ve really loved a child of her own 💕😅😍

LOL, this is EXACTLY what my mom did when my babysitter locked me into a room for not going swimming with the other children.
I can’t say my mother did anything, it was another parent of a new student at my elementary school. They would do this to kids with special needs kid. I had learning disabilities, but didn’t have Down Syndrome or Autism or anything like that. So our classes where separated, in that class room they had a closet where if a child was misbehaving they where locked in the closet with the lights off. Only enough room for them to sit. The room was padded, but I could sometimes hear them scream. I one time got put in there and screamed too because I was scared of the dark and closet (thanks to being tricked at 7 years old of watch the 1980s Poltergeist). I told my parents and they contacted my priceable, at the time could not do anything until a new student arrived with her mother teaching in that class. Let’s just say two of those teachers who enjoyed put kids in there where let go and now the room is actually used for closet space filled with boxes. It was the 90s so they got away with it until 2000s rolled in and abusing kids like that had ended with some justice.

Why is it such a big deal for people to understand others, I don't they even try to do.... They all guess or think to themselves as if they are some experts in knowing others
I have a son with autism who is 9 year old. He is doing all better now but I dread to bring another child in to this world fearing autism again.
And also can't imagine my son alone in this world when we are gone.

music lover@ I'm not a mother yet, but my youngest sister is autistic and I've had to help take care of her since I was a teenager. It's a challenge on all of us in the family and a work in progress. My mom is amazing, and I fear that if I have an autistic child I won't be half as good as her, so in a way I can understand.

While I love Gu Jia, she didn’t beat that hating hag down long enough. That hag has no shame. If it was me she would have had to wear a whole lot of make up to hide the numerous bruises, along with swelling, I would have inflicted upon her face for daring to treat my son that way.
