This is a real thing. It happened at my former workplace. One of our clients' daughter played around our front display area when she suddenly hit the glass in the head and her parents blamed us for having the glass cleaned. Wtf? We did warned the parents beforehand but they never listened.
Bumping into glass isn't ordinary, people may die out of inner injuries. Last year a lady died in Kerala SBI branch when she bumped into glass door n unfortunately glass broke into pieces n pierced in her body.
She could have been injured but also Chinese Karen's are on a whole different level. They go around slapping workers when they are upset. It's better to treat the situation seriously and avoid backlash

My favorite thing about asian film is how every action and expression flows naturally..from the main actors to the back ground characters. Even in the last minute where the two were blurry..you could still see it. The side glances and then the smugness. Part of the reason I stopped watching American shows and movies with many background characters..because the main characters are always doing something outrageous..yet..nobody even turns around..no reaction..nothing..everytime. it makes no sense
