Great video it really helped me out unfortunately when I opened up mine two what look like broken sheared off aluminum pieces fell out I'm assuming my replica is done because I can't even get farther inside it, the rails prevent access to certain screws. Trigger pulls no longer release firing pin, bolt is jammed back but I don't think it's because of the sear my sear seems fine it's not even caught on anything the bolt is back farther than the sear.
It sounds like part of the trigger assembly is broken off or sheared off, either way I believe you are correct. It can be taken apart but where do you get the parts from? i have seem a parts diagram for the M1A1 Umarex on the website www.airgunnation.com I would recommend that you look there. Good Luck.
No there is nothing wrong with my M1A1at this time. I originally learned how to take the upper and lower because it needed to be repaired. I haven't really looked at the lower because it is working just fine. I did look at it to identify the screws and pins that hold it together. The lower holds the main return spring, trigger assembly, single and auto function, it does look like it would not be too difficult to take it apart. However I have no reason to at this point.
I have been thinking on getting the thompsona nd the mp40 but cant find good dissasemble and assemble videos for the mp40. Do you have the mp40 by any chance?
Well you must realize that these Co2 BB guns are not firearms obviously and are by the manufacture should not meant be taken apart by customers. I do not. I only take them apart when they are non-functional or leaking and are out of warranty. No field stripping, they are not firearms, and are not meant to be taken apart for "cleaning". However I found an exploded diagram for the M1A1 Thompson and the MP40. The trouble is that I cannot attach a *.PDF to TH-cam. I will have to figure out how I want to proceed. Perhaps I could post the pdf's on Airgunnation.

I found a drawing (Diagram exploded view) may be it will help. It is in a PDF format, I just have to figure out how to send it to you.
I have several Umarex replicas. And as with my regular Firearms I like to be able to field strip and do repairs.
Take a look at www.youtube.com/@DocSnyderGunChannel and go to his field strip of the Umarex MP-40, turn the Auto Translate to German /English.
Super helpful! Thank you Niner.
Glad it was helpful!
Have you done any videos of disassembly of the lower?

Peut ton augmenté la puissance de cette merveille ?
Non je ne peux pas augmenter la puissance. Il s'agit d'un pistolet à gaz Co2 et seul plus de Co2 augmenterait la puissance.
