Neel 45 Tacking in 25 knots of wind

This is 25 knots TWS, TWA is 50°, Jib and 3 reefs in the main. Iles Hyères. Boar goes quiet fast with anything of TWS above 5 knots. Problem for me with photos is that anything above 10 knots of speed means, you shold not leave the helm to walk to the front to take pictures... I was at the helm and the skipper took these pictures. Not easy to stand free and use both hands for a video. Speed was 11 knots, I think....
