I, for one, thought the black thing on the steam wand is for handling! And it is sure a good practice: Gotten used to anti-burn wand and handle it straight made me pay the price of a scalded thumb when I handled another machine without non-anti-burn wand a while back x..x By the way thanks for the clip. Great effort and great machines!
Thank you Gail and Gosh for the overview. I reached out to Rocket when the announcement came out and got confirmation that the stainless steel rails for the Appartamento will be available in April on their Web Shop.
Reviews of each machine will be up over the coming weeks. Here's our CR of the Giotto: th-cam.com/video/uqOqSzXCGqk/w-d-xo.html&lc=z13scvb5xlvtf3jmr23uctupbyaixtmtg
what is the difference between 1) Rocket Espresso Giotto Evoluzione R Espresso Machine and 2) Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato Evoluzione R Espresso Machine?
Correct. Sorry, we know naming conventions are confusing. The V in R60V may in fact stand for variable pressure, but the 60 and 58 both have rotary pumps and can be plumbed in.
_R_ 58, stands for Rotary. Much like the _R_ 60V. But yes, it's quite confusing that they place the R in front of the model number in some cases, and behind it in other (Evoluzione R instead of R Evoluzione).
I've had my Cellini Evo for over 5 years now and it has been 100% flawless without a single issue (knock on wood). Love my machine!
How often do you use your machine? I love Rocket brand.
Once or twice a day... a total of 2 to 4 shots a day
Owning a Duetto myself. A rotary pump is like a smooth V8. Luxury and silk smooth feeling! I like it because it makes the machine feel luxurious!
Nice. They did a great job of updating without ruining.
You can plumb vibratory pump machines as long as they have a water line connection.

I've also noticed the models with a vibratory pump have 2 gauges.
finally boilers are wrapped geez only took them for ever that one of the reasons i bought a profitec over this rocket.
o thought you could plumb in the V models? you said on your crew review of the r60v and r58 that they are both plumb in or reservoir capable machines.

How much water temperature is in the Rocket
Mozzafiato is pronounced "moht-sa-fee-ah-toh". Or kinda like mozzarella. It translates in Italian to breathtaking.
Kinda like A-vi-ah-toh?
Will those larger steam and hot water knobs fit an older cellini or Giotto?
They won't, different threading.
When will you do a review of these new machines and show the inside and everything?

Thank you, looking forward to it! I hope you include inside the machine looks and explanation of the different parts inside :)
How does Rocket compare to ECM
What is the new Rocket R58 looks like? Is it any change?
Larger-screen PID and two-stage tapered feet. Link: www.seattlecoffeegear.com/rocket-dual-boiler-r58-espresso-machine
Hi guys,
Are the new Steam / Water Knobs (with the big R on it) compatible with the Evoluzione V2 ?
Have a good one
They are not
what is the difference between 1) Rocket Espresso Giotto Evoluzione R Espresso Machine and 2) Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato Evoluzione R Espresso Machine?
Different body styles, otherwise the same on the inside. Both have the rotary pump.
Stop it. This is too much sexiness for this hour of the morning.
No apartmento
Pure coffee (meets design) porn. Also like your new intro's ;)
The guy is so awkward..
