I bought a R58 a few years ago and had an issue when I moved (water shorted out the electronics board). Rocket and in particular, Daniele, were brilliant and went out of their way to help. I would recommend Rocket to anyone for their after sales service, as well as their fantastic machines.
@@heerodevries944 : Italian here : well, they (we) do make coffee (very much so) but use Bialetti pots instead. Espresso you drink in a bar, coffee you drink at home.
Got an Appartamento today and sadly had to return it right away. The base that holds the drip tray was totally bend. The whole machine was bend in fact and no part seemed to fit the other. The machine also had scratches near the power switch and on the right side. The box was sealed and totally fine. How can something so horrible pass quality check? Or is rocket not checking the quality of their machines at all... Very disappointing experience, waiting for a replacement machine. Let's hope I just got very unlucky with the first one and the story won't repeat itself.
Sadly, when the box is dropped straight down you don't see any damage but because of the weight of the internals the frame bends. That is why some manufacturers ship on a wood pallet. My Profitec pro 800 was actually upside down in the box and the top was damaged. No ideo if it was the factory or the shop that screwed up....I'm guessing the shop.
I would disagree. I own a Giotto and have pulled 1000's of shots over the 8 years of ownership. Absolutely no issues. Only routine maintenance of rescaling and replacing gaskets. I would definitely recommend this brand.

Extremely impressive! What a humble, thoughtful, and intelligent philosophy. Fantastic to see such a company.
Great video. Very interesting to see the factory. Thank you!

Great Tour, Thanks Espresso Coffee Shop
There are a lot of e61 machines out there but I believe rocket makes the finest of them.
Where is this factory?
I see Rocket also switched to Olab as magnetic pump manufacturer.
So happy with me Mozzafiato Evo R.
What a terrible interviewer looking away arms crossed whilst the owners speaking to him. Come on
Great 👍🏼😍
I wasn't expecting one of the owners to be an aussie
He’s not - he’s from New Zealand.
like it very very much
Great company. Amazing machines. Terrible interview. Worst attitude.
Are the machines cheaper in Milano directly, like in an outlet?
no, you can't buy them directly from the factory
Michael Alber Italians do not make coffee at home, they buy it on the street in a bar standing for a dollar a cup...

Great company, great owners......very bad interviewer, arrogant and a lack of respect
Why is the interviewer wearing a ring neckless?
“Don’t ask. Don’t tell.”

Not a reliable brand.
