As Sri M says, Sunya and Completeness are one and the same. The Buddhists call it sunya, the Upanishads call it purna (completeness)

The real message of no SELF or SOUL is simply this - as nothing is permanent, and everything is in constant flux and ever changing, there is no such entity as the Self or Ego. In other words, there is no "I". This illumination destroys the "I" and liberates. This is no different from all Hindu Vedic darshanas. They too talk of the annihilation of the Ego as the ultimate liberation. For example, Ramana Maharishi's teaching is based on the enquiry into the "I". Now the Ego or the "I" of the individual, differentiated self can be annihilated through instant perception arising from deep tapas (jnana yoga), total surrender to the Divine (Bhakti yoga) or non-attached, unselfish work (karma yoga).

Wrong on yogic meditation - Yogic meditation does not focus on siddhis. Everywhere it is sated that the acquisition of sidhis is not the goal of meditation and that practitioners should not stop with sidhis which are the natural outcome of the process of meditation. Also, Vipassana is "bare insight". So it is wrong to say yogic meditation aims at insight while Vipassana does not

On thew whole, I was disappointed with this talk. It came across as superficial with no new insights. Although the title says "critical analysis", there was not an iota of critical analysis. The speaker's accent and pronounciation made it difficult to follow.
