As someone who played this game turbo casually on release and never touched it since, I must applaud your ability to make one of the most insane fighting games easily watchable and digestible. The pacing of these videos and your commentary are fantastic, catching people like myself up to speed without getting in to too much detail and slowing things down. Really love your content!
Moons opened up opponents with good old fashioned taskmaster staggers that character doesn't need fancy left right dash specials, teleports or flight just fundamentals and timing factors.

It’s so funny to watch this and remembering back to when I saw it live. The movement in umvc3 is what changed the most over time and our better understanding of the games mechanics is what caused it’s speed to go up dramatically with stuff like plink dashes over wavedashing. It’s also what eventually allowed for the discovery of tac infinites which broke the game wide open and allowed for almost any character to become viable as long as they have a way to land the first hit and have someone like doom second.

There’s so many lesser known sets like this that were so good. I remember a ft10 back in the day when Justin played one of the best in Canada back when he was still trying to make iron fist work. I can’t remember the other dudes name but he was one of the first to use the Dante/frank west thc to level frank. I wanna say it was Bee? Whoever it was, that set was crazy hype and Justin, being Justin, showed how deadly iron fist could be in the right hands. Didn’t hurt that his kick assist is one of the best in the game and would be way more used if it belonged to a character anywhere above trash tier lol.
You need to do a video all about Bum1six. If you asked me, he’s the most slept on player ever. He’s beaten most of the top players with his off meta team of Chris Hulk and Haggar. You ask me he’s the best haggar and Chris. Not to mention he never does tournaments which is why the community seems to forget about my favorite player Bum from the HOC.
